We are professional, caring and experienced hypnotherapy for sleep consultants who can show you how to start sleeping better with the use of hypnotherapy tools and techniques.
- Five face-to-face contacts via online Zoom sessions to take place over a six-week period - sessions spaced in intervals of one week
- Emailed resources between sessions - including all necessary recordings and instructions
The Total Sleep Hypnotherapy Programme covers the following topics:
- Working with Stress Management and the Relaxation Exercise - the first important steps to reducing, and then eliminating, unnecessary anxiety
- Focusing on Confidence and Self-Esteem - laying down the right foundations within the Subconscious Mind for change
- Working with Hypnosis recordings - using triggers
- Learning, and then regularly using, Self-Hypnosis - using affirmations
- Incorporating a Maintenance Programme for the continuation and building upon success achieved

You will be able to book your first treatment session and will receive an email confirmation including date and time and a Zoom meeting link. You will then receive a secure Stripe payment link included in the email for you to make payment. Payment must be made prior to treatment.
Please note: when booking a session your Hypnotherapy Consultant is allocated to you based on availability. It is possible that you could work with both Hypnotherapy Consultants through the duration of your Treatment Programme.
